I would like to collect my goods in person, can I do this?
Yes you can collect but only by appointment as all our online products need to be dispatched from our warehouse to our sales office for collection. Please email sales@ilgs.co.uk with your request.

I have an item to return, how do I do this?
To return an item simply log into your account and select the RMA section and follow the instructions.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands or to Southern Ireland.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
We use couriers like Initial City Link,TNT & Business Post for the majority of our shipments they work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30. We cannot specify a delivery time

What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.

I cant log into my account, what do I do?
If you are difficulty logging into your account first check that the username and password you are using are correct. If you have forgotten your password click here to request new one
